Average pickup time is 10–15 minutes in urban areas. Emergency rides are prioritized and typically arrive within 5–10 minutes.
Are your drivers trained for medical transport?
Yes, all our drivers complete comprehensive training in basic medical assistance, patient care, and emergency protocols.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, cash, credit/debit cards, and insurance payments. Moto Pass subscribers get automatic billing.
Do you operate outside Nairobi?
Yes, we currently serve Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, and Nakuru. We're expanding to more cities soon.
